[World at the age of 1, 3 months returning from being missing] World The wind rushed through his young fur. The feel of freedom still had a kick when he bolted out of the den. Goodbye family, goodbye hawk-eyes, and hello self-independence. World was so young and careless three years ago. He never gave up on trying to get away from his family. The feeling of loneliness grew inside of him though. He missed the corrections, the hording of his family, the hounding of mother telling World to keep focused on the bear that roamed around outside of the den. He missed all of that. It wasn't their fault he left. It wasn't their fault he felt not wanted. Day three after the second month and the time ticked like a bomb. It was painstakingly dreadful. He was only 50 miles away from his pack and they have stopped searching for him after a week. I don't know if they forgot me or what.... World questioned himself. He lay under a stone cliff with enough room for two more wolves and a doe cadaver. The darkness of the cave ate away his colorful fur and hid him behind a veil. Over the month of escaping, he thought deep and hard about how it was like before he left. How better off he was. But the only way he could answer that question of 'what if they want me back?' is physically returning. World's parents were unpredictable though. They could kill an innocent wolf in three seconds flat; no doubt about it. Maybe they might not try to kill their only child. Maybe they would accept him. But the blasted parents and their habits of correcting everything World did annoyed him more than anything. He will never go back to were he left happily. "A word around. Two packs in a rumble. One pack lost in a slaughter attack, the other won with victory!" A messenger wolf said, romping around the clover field. World's fur stood on it's edge. "A pack rammy?" His eyes widened and he approached the wolf with a racing heart. "Dae ye ken wha th' pack mukkers wur? th' ones that lost? " He asked, hoping for an answer. "Nope. Go away." The wolf snarled and romped across the field as normal. "Oh..." World mumbled with a sigh. That day's dusk, he thought some more. A visit would pay a lot of relief. It could also give him a death sentence. In the morning, World made a decision. He left his rock cliff off to march 50 miles back to the exact spot of his den. Where he was going to find his pack. At the edge of the pack's territory, his heart raced and let hopes to be accepted again. If any luck they had another pup in the last three months. "That's strange....there shuid be scouts oot 'ere. " World said, lifting each paw carefully and softly through the dry leafed forest. The thought of his family being slaughtered rushed through his brain and made his scruff hairs stand. If there was no scouts, then he could just walk a bit faster, almost into a trot like run. World started to pick up his pace, running each paw swiftly under his chest and lunges over stumps. He heart raced harder and he smile grew as he remembered the times he had with his family in the same forest. "Whit!? whaur ur thay!? " The screeches of a wolf blasted through the blowing wind. He huffed for air and observed everything he remembered to be lively. What he saw was a relief and a new story to tell. World saw an empty den, no blood, no cadavers, no stench of rotting meals. Either his family moved....or they disappeared. World sat on the dry ground. He could not believe what he is seeing. "They....THEY LEFT ME?!" The male slammed his body to the ground and covers head muzzle with his paws, whimpering with sadness. Word Count| 650 Muse: 9/10 Notes: My new charrie, enjoy the young lanky sweet male named World!

Destiny ;
Exhaustion was like a disease. Slowly, it crept up and spreed through the body like a poisonous infection. It traveled throughout the body in many different ways. Sometimes it came in a slow agonizing ache, pulsing with each breath. And other days every overexerted muscle would twist and knot with sharp shocks of pain, contorting the body so much it would cripple over from the agony. Days with no treatment, and one would feel ill. Months without proper rest and some would say all sanity would be lost. What drove the body to push itself to such an extent? Fear, sadness, desperation. These are the things that fueled such raw adrenaline so far. But even adrenaline had to falter to a stop sooner or later.
Destiny fumbled to a stop. She hung her skull, drooping her haunches and tassel as she wheezed and puffed; desperately gasping for the hot summer air to fill her lungs. The air felt heavy and sticky; offering little solace to her parched jugular. She had been running for months, and for the short periods of time where hunger or sleep depravity ached too much for her to continue, her brother's words rang loudly in her auds reminding her to keep moving. Her coat was damp with sweat, and her chest quickly rose and fell as she panted. Beneath her, her limbs wobbled weakly. She knew if she sat down, she would collapse and it would be game over. And all her efforts would be put to waste. She reeked of fear, and her wide glassy eyes mirrored some kind of horror she recently witnessed. It was obvious she was running for her life, and even the woodland critters avoided her path.
Destiny whimpered wearily, snot dribbling from her nostrils. Her optics were shimmering with a teary-eyed look as she slowly shook her head and clenched her muzzle in disbelief. "How could you Orion..?" She whined, her optics becoming distant as she recalled the past events. She shook her frame and willed her body to continue forward. She couldn't possibly run any further, but the least she could is walk. At least she was moving.
Destiny eventually came upon a small stream. At last she collapsed in the middle of the shallow stream, allowing the water to flow over her. The relief was immense on her adrenaline-wired, hot body. When she no longer felt sick, she rose to greedily lap at the cool water upstream from her. Despite her thirst, she made sure to pause in between big gulps so that she wouldn't get sick. The last thing she wanted was to retch up the little game she managed to catch. Destiny rolled around in the stream, hoping to wash away the memories that haunted her.
"Why do you train so hard?" Destiny asked, even though she already knew the answer.
"To get father's approval, you idiot." Orion grunted and clawed at the tree -his target- again.
"But why do you care so much? Father is cruel." Destiny chided, rolling onto her back.
"I'll prove to him I am strong." Orion snarled, puffing his chest out.
"But I could easily beat you up, Orion." Destiny giggled.
"Shut up, Desdemona!" Orion spat.
Destiny tensed. Her eyes widened and she rose from her sunbathing spot wordlessly.
"-Wait, Des, I didn't mean that. Destiny!" Orion called.
Destiny bolted away, fleeing into the woods in search of her mother.
"I thought you hated me." Destiny murmured brokenly to herself. Again, she caught herself swimming in her memories. Destiny rose from the stream and shook her coat, sending water droplets in every direction as she did so. She padded out of the stream and glanced around at her surroundings with a somber expression. She had no idea where she was. She no longer had a place to call home, or a family to go back to. She was all alone. Destiny flicked her auds down and her tassel tucked between her hing legs.
It seemed like that at last, her haunted mind would rest. At least for the time being. Destiny continued to glance around in search of a safe place to sleep. For all she knew she could be in another pack's territory. If she were to stumble across a threat, the exhausted fae would simply give up. She had no more energy to give. She continued on her way, become more aware of her aching muscles with each step she took.
A sudden howl over the wind caught Destiny's attention. She pricked her auds forward and glanced ahead wearily. Maybe she could find some help? Destiny shuffled forward, pausing in front of a small den. "Hello?" She called inside nervously. She peered over her haunches one last time before slipping inside to investigate. Someone had been in here, she could smell a strange lupes stale scent. She wondered if he would return, or if she should go find him. The thought made her whimper with weariness.
Destiny continued to shuffle deeper in the small cave until it opened up in a wide circular shape. The fae collapsed on the cool ground, curling herself in a tight ball and hiding her face behind her tassel. She figured if she were to die here, at least she would die in her sleep. Her body didn't argue, because in a few seconds she was out cold.
- (Sorry for any mistakes, here's Destiny!)

World World huffed to catch his breath. There was no point by sitting in the dead grass whimpering over nothing that existed there. He decided to leave and return to his den. The male stood to his paws, shaking with pumped up emotion that rattles his ribcage. His paws wobbled under his weight and carried himself slowly through the forest. He had to cover 50 miles while thinking bout his family and on the edge of exhaustion as well. He was ready to just fall asleep and wish he was dead. It was to much to bare. World's stomach growled. It has been an hour since he pondered away from his original den. His shaken legs have no shiver to them and his eyes are dried and crusty. His young appeal ages him. He hung his head the rest f the way while is stomach screamed for food. World gave in. He searched for food in every corner. He filled himself up with lizards and a squirrel and started his way to home. When World arrived, a strange scent drifted through the air. It was a young fea, a fea that seemed sick. And the scent was strong near his den. Either a fea came and left or a fea was claiming his den. World did not put up his guard because he knew the fea was desperate. "Hello, my dear? urr ye 'ere?" He stuck his head in the mouth of his dusty den and peeked inside. To his surprise, he found a sleeping fea in the same room he curls in. The male drifts very to the fea and looks at her and collapses. At least eh polite enough to let the fea sleep in piece. Hopefully, she will do the same for him. Word Count| 293 Muse: 7/10 Noes: ---

Destiny;
-
"You embarrass me yet again, Orion."
Destiny stiffened, and her optics widened as they flashed to her left, appraising her brother. His breath was ragged, and his eyes widened too at their father's words. Orion remained pinned beneath a large brute; one of the Alpha Male's underlining fighters. His face remained in the dirt, as blood dribbled out of each nostril and his muzzle. He started to squirm after hearing his father, his nostrils now whistling for air. At the movement, the brute above him deepened his grip on Orion's scruff, tightening his clamped muzzle on the pinned, desperate lupe.
"I have given you a full year to become strong. How is it that after all this time, you can't even surpass that unruly bitch you call your sister. You are a fool to think you can stand before me and say you have grown. You can't even fight. You are worthless. You are no son of mine." The Alpha Male spat venomously toward Orion.
Destiny shuddered and cringed close to the ground, feeling eyes train on her. She tucked in her tail and glanced apologetically toward her brother. She whined toward him, but someone from behind immediately snapped at her to be silent. The remaining pack that had gathered returned their gaze to the Alpha Male.
"Bring Anemone to me." He ordered.
The entire pack tensed and the atmosphere shifted as Destiny and Orion's mother emerged from the crowd, head held high, tail raised proudly and eyes steady. Destiny went numb, losing all thought at the sight of her mother. She was watching her slowly walk toward her execution, and not a sliver of fear slipped from the regal fae. She faced the Alpha Male, meeting his intense gaze with her own. She turned around suddenly, facing the pack.
"These children you see are my own. They are my blood, my strength and my love. They are the pieces of my life that will live on, even though I die here today. I will gladly sacrifice my life for them." Anemone turned to face the Alpha Male, a growl bubbling in the back of her jugular. "You are blind for not seeing the promise in my children. And you are even more of a fool to believe that what they witness here today will leave their minds. In time, their revenge will bloom and they will come find you. They will unleash hell to this pack, and then they will drag you in it."
For a split second, fear flashed in the Alpha Male's eyes. But just as quickly as it came, it left. And just like that, Anemone dropped to the ground without a pulse.
"MOM!" Destiny howled, and charged forward at the Alpha Male with blind fury and overwhelming grief.
Destiny jolted awake, her coat bristling with fear. She immediately staggered to her pads in attempt to flee, but fumbled and fell back down. She was still weak from all her running, and needed more sleep. Her body screamed for it. The weary fae rose once more, and hung her head. The nightmare still haunted her mind, but she shuddered at the realization that the nightmare was her reality. Destiny turned back around to sleep once more but froze instead. Her optics widened in surprise as she took in the sleeping lupe behind her.
Why hadn't this lupe killed her? This must've been the lupe she originally smelled when she first found the den. How long had she slept near him? Or more importantly, how much more time did she have before he woke? Would he kill her then? Destiny frowned at this. At some point he had to have come in this den and seen her, obviously. And yet, he did nothing but sleep beside her. This thought reassured the exhausted fae, but she was still a bit unnerved.
Destiny sighed and settled back down beside the lupe. Before she could even regret her decision, she immediately fell back asleep. The quiet, rhythmic breathing of the lupe beside her soothed her. In the midst of her deep sleep she curled into him, tucking her head beneath his muzzle so she could rest it on his paws.

World "World dear, keep yer chin up while ye'r eating." His mother demanded as she wripped a part of the dear carcass with her large jaws. She looked over at Nais again and watched him contently as he tried his hardest to eat properly.
"Aye ma'am. " World replied simply while he bit into a bloody piece of boar. The taste was amazing, no wonder he was not eating properlyy. Ever since the pack added the new team mate, Rosco, the meals have been one for every mate. And the most and best food went to the young male named World. "This...meal...is gey hum dinger. " World struggled to keep his majestic words at play so he would not be corrected, but, of corse he did.
"World, dae nae sloch while ye speak, tis rude. " She growled at him, then began to eat again. She sat up onto her hanches and glared at her son. "Ye shuid dae better. We need tae impress th' highers in order tae be expected as alphas. That is whaur ye come in, dear. " She walked out through the mouth of the den and watched every pack mate eat their scattered meals. A smile creeped onto her face and she spke without looking at World, "Ye wull rule thaim. Ilka yin o' thaim. Ye wull be greater than us. Ye wull keep thaim stowed oot, pure tough, patient, 'n' loyal. Ye wil nae doubt thaim. Ye wull nae belive yer a god. Ye wull nae- " She looked behind her to know son on the ground, "World!" She barked.
World runs free from the den by the slip of his mother's speach. "Aye!" He chirps as he reached the border of the den site.
"World, damnit! git back 'ere! " His father growled loudly and made World drop to the ground in a cower.
"How come kin ah nae be free.... " He mumbled and waited for his father to retrieve him. As so, his father bit his scruff, drawing blood, and carried him back to the den site. He through him down on the den floor and both his parents showed angry vibes. "I-I'm...sorry." World pinned his ears to his scalp and curled over in submission.
"Yer nae sorry! this is th' sixth time! stoap running fae us! " His father barked.
World glared at both of them and stood up with agression and anger, "A'm expected tae be perfect. Bit that insae th' trial in mah lee styel. A'm waantin' tae be lik' ither pups! ah dae nae wantae be captivated by yer ignorance 'n' dominance! thare is na steid fur me 'ere! ah dae nae wantae be alpha! let me be! " World turned around and stormed out of the mouth of the den, only being jerked back into it.
"That's oor son. " His mother exclamed.
"Whit urr ye talking aboot? " World jerked in his father's jaws.
"Ye shawed yer alpha side. Ye wull become an alpha. Ye wull be pure tough. Ye wi- "
"Clam up maw! ah hate ye! " World thrashed to escape his father, but he bit harder onto his scruff. World screeched in pain and stopped moving. He whimpered, "why..."
"Graw up son! yer childish! " World's father mumbled ina growled tone.
"Ye, ye, ye, yer expected tae dae this, yer expected tae dae that, ye, ye, ye! let gang o' me! "World yellped and stood up from his slumber and hit his head on a branch that stuck out just for him. World growled and ripped the branch from it's host. "Uuuugh..." He gorwns. World remembers the fea who was sleeping in his den, she was still in the same spot as before. He figured maybe he slept for not long. One more sleep and he will be bright as day. The male dozed off again with a somberly sigh. "World! Wake up!" Echoed a young male at the mouth of the den. World lay asleep in a ball still. "World!" He chirped and shifted his eyes for World's parents. "Hurry up, wake, World!" World woke to his feet and slowly looked out of the den to see one of his pack mates starring at him smiling, "Stoatin, nou c'moan afore th' alphas see. " The male pup turned around and looked for World's parents.
World creeped from his whole in the ground and slowly walked stiffly out of it. "Whit urr ye daein' ower 'ere? ye shuid be wi' th' omegas....it's dangerious... " World shook himself awake and strecthed.
"Na time fur waking up, world. We hae tae gang! tis a'maist ower! " The brown pup jumped excitedly.
"Fine." World walked out of the den and looked for his parents, know where in site. "Okay, nou gang! " World bolted from the den and ducked behind the trees. "Okay! whit dae we dae nou? " World chirped and looked behin himself. But no pup was seen, but a screaming pup was heard. "Oh no.." World's heart raced and his eyes widened.
"World, whit th' hell? " A stern voice rang in his ears. His mother stood infront of him while hee looked back. "Ye ken yer nae allowed tae be wi' that pup. He hud his lest chance. "
"Whit did ye dae? " World gasped.
"He's bein' exicuted by yer faither. " She picked up World by his scruff and carried him to his father who had the brown pup in his mouth.
"Na! let gang o' him! " World shouted and struggled in his mother's grip.
"Maw! maw! mommy hulp me!! " Te brown pup howled, straining his throat. As he yelped and howled, a black to brown fea ran to the den praying for mercy.
"Please, let him g-"
The crunch of a scull popped every wolf's ears. The brown pup as killed in an instant. "Jings, crivens, help ma boab na! na! na how come!? " World screamed as he was horrified by the site of his friend's exacution. In an instant, the omega fea lunged at the alpha male.World woke again with a racing heart. This time, he looked for the fea. But he didn't need to look for something taht was on you clearly. The fea had snuggled herself into his sleeping body and was sound asleep. A warming sensation filled his body and heart. This fea was beautiful, a stunning body and coat. She seemed welcoming as well. Hopefully he didn't startle her from his wakes. Destiny ;
"Momma, what's my name mean anyway? Desdemona?" Destiny sighed, and watched a small white butterfly rest on a thin blade of grass. On the rare occasion that her mother had free time, she had chosen to spend it with Destiny, which made the young pup radiate with happiness. They decided to travel a bit away from the den site so they could be somewhere more quiet. They ended up in a small, circular meadow. Sunlight beamed down from the sky, leaving the two to rest in it's brilliance. Neither of them seemed to mind the heat, or at least, they didn't complain about it. Tiny butterflies fluttered throughout the meadow, stirring up whenever the two faes shifted their weight in the soft grass.
She could hear her mother sigh behind her, and Destiny knew she shouldn't have asked. But nevertheless, she was still curious. "Never call yourself that. You're name is Destiny." Her mother replied, dismissing the topic.
"But Desdemona is the name my father gave me. I just want to know why." Destiny pleaded, rolling around to face her mother.
Her mother was frowning, clearly displeased by the conversation topic. She took a deep breath and sighed; Destiny knew she did this when she was thinking about something. Her mother glanced down at her. "It means, in the nicest way possible, ill-fated."
"Ill-fated?" Destiny echoed her words. "But then, what does my name mean? The one you gave me?"
At this, her mother's demeanor lightened. The edges of her muzzle curled up into a smile, replacing her sour frown. Destiny peered up at her beautiful mother with wide, curious eyes. Her mother's optics glowed with emotions Destiny didn't understand. It took her a year later to realize what she saw was fierce passion, affection, mischief and defiance. Her mother bent down to Destiny and licked the top of head. "It means fate."
As soon as Destiny's optics slowly opened she realized she was awake. It didn't feel that way for the fae, though. Her breathing was still slow and her muscles no longer ached. She felt completely rejuvenated, physically and even a bit mentally with the exception that she was still a bit groggy with sleep. Sleep still tempted the fae, but she knew if she lulled back into subconsciousness, she would lose even more precious traveling time. Destiny began to stir, stretching out her limbs with a wide, luxurious yawn. She felt warm, and the warmth is what soothed the young fae.
Destiny rolled over to face the den's back wall, and much to her surprise came in contact with something soft and warm. Someone, that is. The young fae's optics widened in surprise and she stiffened, momentarily paralyzed with fear for sleeping next to a stranger. It took her a moment to realize that the stranger she was snuggling with must have been the lupe she smelled earlier. A shy peek "down south" confirmed this, much to the fae's embarrassment. What's worse, a moment after listening to the pace of his breathing she realized he was awake. And watching her.
Destiny propelled herself off the ground with a surprised yip after catching eye contact with the lupe. Her tail fluffed out like a surprised cats' would. She stumbled backward, clumsily stopping herself with her front legs tucked beneath her and her rump in the air. She quickly dis-tangled herself and sat back down a safe distance away from the lupe, tucking her soft tassel over her paws. She glanced away, searching for anything to stare at beside the lupe. She settled for her own paws, and studied them intently. This was the first she had been close to another wolf since abandoning her pack. Naturally, this made the pretty fae nervous, and a bit unsure of herself. "um, teanaste'lle'n." Destiny murmured in a quiet, intoxicating voice; befitting for her foreign, alluring appearance. She peered up at the lupe with mildly curious, beautiful eyes.
- Notes >> I thought it would be cool if she spoke Amharic (it's the most widely used Ethiopian language). It'll be the language her pack used, so in situations where she's overwhelmed with a certain emotion, a bit of Amharic might slip out. Right here she just said Hello C:

World The male listened even closer to the point he no longer felt reality. World seemed to far gone to notice anything right now. This mysterous fea who wondered into his den is now cuddling his paws before him, at an alarming feeling of content as well. But he soon lost reality comletely; dozing off into the mouth of the cave they rested in. Sudden movement jerked over his paws and a sharp yawn came below his head. Oh dear, the fea is awake.... World's heart pounded and he dared not to move.
He waited for the fea's responce, which was a jolt of surprise. "I-I'm s-so-" He finished with a twisted head of confusion. The fea spoke in a weird accent that only oblivion would understand. World figurd it was a 'Hello' and he stood up and gave her her distance; along with his own. "Guid morn'n. A'm sorry aboot th' haunless situation...i'm World. " World lowered his head with a small smile. This situation was something he had never experianced. It was different, and a bit soothing.
His heart slowed to a thumping pace of relief. The fea was surprised but not agressive of what he saw. He raised his head and forced his ears forwards towards the fea and watched her quietly. "Kin ah ask o` yer name? if that is a'richt wi' ye.. ." From this point, World's politness showed the progress of his parents. He was acting like an alpha, a true highness of royalty and goodness. World's smile went to a melancholy frown. The memory of his parents drifted through his mind and his ears folded back. "H-How did you find my den?" He said softly, he looked back at her with his strange eyes.

Destiny ;
Destiny fidgeted shyly under his gaze. He wondered if he thought she looked strange, since he kept staring. Destiny knew she didn't look like most wolves around here, but there was nothing she could do. She naturally stood out. She glanced back down at her paws, idly flicking the tip of her tassel as she listened to him speak. In the short time that both of them had been awake, she learned that his name was World. And he was no threat to her. Rather, he seemed just as nervous as she felt. He appeared to be her age, maybe a year off. He seemed polite enough, given the rather strange circumstances. Destiny never would've thought she would spend the night sleeping next to a stranger. Well, cuddling that is. The young fae puffed out her cheeks, feeling her face warm at the thought. She was totally caught for that, but the lupe didn't seem to spite her for it.
A sudden sadness swept over the fae. She missed her mother and brother terribly. She was all alone now, and that loneliness showed through her actions. Her cuddling was proof to this. She missed the affectionate contact that her mother provided her. She missed her brother's protectiveness through his very subtle actions and looks. Destiny needed to care for herself; something she was fully capable, it was just very very lonely. Where would she go? Who else would be meet on here way? These were all questions that wouldn't be answered until she faced them.
The young fae flicked her gaze back on World to curiously appraised him. Again, the lupe's politeness caught her. It was a bit off, Destiny realized, listening closer. It seemed intentional, just well rehearsed. Maybe that's how he was raised to be in his pack. She realized he was waiting for her response. She jumped a bit, and cleared her throat to speak. "se'mea.no'-" Destiny stopped herself short. World spoke English -er, Scottish, there was no way he could understand her native tongue. She couldn't speak Scottish, but she knew English roughly, although she hadn't spoke it in awhile, so it was probably a bit rusty. Destiny settled her optics back on him, feeling nervous. "um, H-hello. M-my...name is Destiny." Her voice was thick with an accent, but beautiful nevertheless.
Destiny took a deep breath, gathering her confidence once more. "ah, well, I was jus' passing through and I smelled your scent. I thought I could stay for te' night and sleep...but I s'pose I did without asking. Aznallo' -er, Sorry." Destiny hung her head apologetically, opening an eye to peer up at him.
- Notes >> Quick post, sorry. Just a reminder though, that since this is Destiny's younger self she's a lot shyer than she will be when she's older. And her English will be better in the future. xD

World
The male watched the fea become uneasy and shy. It was understandable why she was so uncomfortable looking. She was a strange, slender, red and tan wolf with large ears and thin legs. To him, she was elegant, and had the perfect body structure. While the male spoke, he watched her flick every part of her small muscles as she focused. t was a very beautiful site, but also made himself uncomfortable as well. He looked at her with is ringed eyes, admiring her every motion. She was sad, lonely looking. He had to mention, "Urr ye dowie?" she seemed like he spoke an alien language, he rephrased himself immediately, "Ehm, urr ye sad?" When the fea gazed back upon the male, his heart raced for it caught him off guard. He was falling to hard over this fea, which seemed to be impressed by his manners. World listened for the fea's answer while he sat. While she failed to speak his language, a small giggle erupted from his jaws, more like a "that was cute" type of giggle than an offensive giggle. It was very abnormal for this male's history. World listened to every curve of her words. Lord, it was beautiful. Even if it wasn't his tongue, but English, she made it sound like an angel's language. His eyes widened, "Destiny...." he mumbled in a quite whisper. Now realizing he was facing at the wall mesmerized, he looks back at Destiny. "Bonnie name.... " He said, staring into her eyes. He intended her to not know what he meant by "Bonnie name" but for his understanding, he said "Beautiful Name". It was the truth hidden in plain site. Which is what he was intending for. World's eyes set on hers and his lids weighed tons. She flickered a reply in English, luckily he understood. "Ah see. Ye dae nae need tae apologize. Yer perfectly fine, ah understand yer situation." A smile floated onto his black lips and he took his lazily drawn eyes off of hers and looked down at the ground, bowing slightly. "A'm actually appealed by yer wee greeting, if ah dae nae sound creepy enough...hehe" His fur raised slightly and his tail sweeps the ground with nervousness. World came to the den by mistake, but what caused the mistake to occur was his reasons for running. Now, he knows his story, but the only one he does not know is Destinys'. He coughed slightly and spoke with a sweet sounding tone, "May ah ask yer reason fur wondering, Destiny?" He wanted Destiny to feel comfortable talking about her reasons since he does not her to feel even more misplaced then she was. He spoke again with his skull dragging to his feet, "Ah bolted fae mah family whin ah wis a pup a year ago. Ah returned becuase o' news that thare wis a major pack rammy near mah home den. Whin ah returned, mah pack wisnae whaur ah left thaim. So ah went back 'n' met ye, Destiny. 'n' a'm happy ah did." His heart melted in his paws as he watched the fea. Was he in love? World did the most stupid act, he kissed/licked her on the side of her head and put back his ears and rapidly wagging his tail. He kept at a sat as he realized what he had done. Destiny ;
The petite fae's golden optics widened in surprise when he complimented her name. Her name was her identity, and it told a story of who she was and where she came from. Those origins were important to her, so to the fae, it was almost like a direct compliment on her character. The cream colored part of her cheeks fluffed, and her tassel frizzed shyly. Her eyes immediately shot down to her paws as she shuffled them sheepishly. She had never been complimented before, beside her mother's kind words, so it was foreign for the fae to hear. Especially coming from such an abnormal stranger. "Betam ahmesugenalew. -Thank you very much." The young fae spoke up; her voice so velvet it emitted like a purr.
Destiny was thankful that World wasn't upset for coming in his den. But after his explanation, it seemed that this den was really his either. He had left his home too. But unlike her, who left behind everything, everything he knew left him. Destiny frowned a bit, tilting her crown to the side as she examined the lupe with empathetic golden optics. That must've been hard on him too. They both harbored their own tragedies. And now, they were both alone, uncertain of the future.
The young fae perked at World's question and she made a quiet noise from the back of her throat. He was curious about her. This was understandable, since now she knew mostly everything about him and he knew nothing of her. Even her appearance was abnormal, so she understood why his curiosity was most-likely overwhelming. She was a bit hesitant though. Ever since she left her pack, things had gone by in a distant whirl. She never would've thought she could run across someone as friendly as World, and even though he seemed genuine and honest, she was still scared to reveal the horrific past events of her life. Unlike World, who's entire pack vanished, Destiny witnessed the violence. She was in the midst of turmoil and she turned her back on it and ran away.
Destiny stiffened at his question, searching for an answer. How could she explain without being so graphic? There was no way to soften her words when explaining the violence of her Father, and his pack. But that wasn't the only reason she was scared. What if World was disgusted by her origin? What if once he knew he left her? Surely if she were to open up to him, and then have him leave she would go through even deeper turmoil. She desperately wanted to trust World completely, but there were still parts of her that remained closed inside of her.
Destiny sniffed sadly and thought back to her mother and brother, remembering his words. "aznallo'." Destiny apologized for her sudden change in demeanor. Her golden optics welled up, retaining a sad look of desperation. "I-I'm sorry." The little fae repeated once more, embarrassed and upset. A high-pitched whine escaped Destiny as she peered up at World with heart-wrenching eyes. "I left m'pack." She said after a long moment.
When World leaned close and licked her cheek, Destiny's entire coat fluffed in embarrassment. She stumbled back, completely thrown off and flustered as little high-pitched yips choked out of her as she struggled to say something coherent. "Algebanye'm!" Destiny squeaked, her entire body flooding with heat. Destiny had jumped to her paws, her thin legs wobbling and frizzed tail swishing back and forth in surprise. She cleared her throat, "-ah, um, I don't un'stand?" Destiny was clearly flustered and embarrassed, which only happened to make her appear even cuter.
- Notes l Alright Suta, I literally can't understand half of what World is saying. I've been guessing for most of it, but it's a bit tiresome. I understand your excitement for using it, but if you could, I would greatly appreciate it if you could tone it down a bit. Or, at the very least when they're in the present he could be more fluent in English? Which, by the way, when will we be putting them back to the present?
